If he loses one fight he will be back to square one working his way back up to the million dollar paydays hes making now lol he could have signed and took the guaranteed money and if he really is that great which he isn't, at the end of five years he could command what he is worth then, which could either be way more or alot loss depending if he wins all his fights or not.
He is not going to make Manny pacquiao or Floyd mayweather money anytime soon fighting the likes of Pauli malignaggi or Marcos maidana. He needs to fight a Manny pacquiao or Floyd mayweather and beat them to even start making half that kind of money. He already said he wont fight Floyd so that's out of the question, and he works for al haymon who wont let his fighters near pacquiao.
Think about it, Manny and Floyd had to consistently beat great fighters to start commanding the kind of money their making now. Manny had already crushed Barrera twice, Morales twice, Marquez twice, and had a bunch of ppv fights under his belt before he started making 4 million a year. He then had to beat de la Hoya and Ricky Hatton in dramatic knockout fashion to start making the kind of money he is now. Adrian Broner hasn't even begun to start on that kind of path and it would likely take at least 5 years if he started now facing all the elite opponents and consistently beat them. Just let that soak in for a second to all those idiots who agree with broner
