Here's the thing. Why are folks dumping on Amir here for indicating that he will wait only so long. He doesn't want his name dangled like before. He seems to be trying to avoid being played again. That's exactly what happened with Mayweather last year. He's not in a position to make demands, but is in one to say he will only wait so long. Now, if mid January comes and goes and he continues to wait then by all ears dump on the guy for playing himself. Until then, he's just looking out for himself. Not a problem in my eyes.
Because spazmongs on this site only read the sensationalised headlines deliberately put onto every Khan thread by BoxingScene.
Khan in person comes across nothing like he does in fabricated print.
Hasn't Mayweather already said recently in interviews in public that he has no interest in Khan. He said Khan's name holds no weight outside of the boxing world...
Whether you agree with that statement is one thing, but to me he has basically written off any chance of a Khan fight happening. Everybody just needs to move on.
Khan needs to create his own path now, he has a decent platform. Stop chasing Mayweather around like a little kid in the playground. Carve your own path and legacy. If you are good enough and as good as you say, then you can do that without Mayweather.
LOL @ Khan. I wish someone would tell him how ****** he sounds, and is. If he wants respect he just needs to shut up.
I remember before the Alexander fight he said he was sitting at 151 pounds a few days before the fight. He said he was 3 pounds over. Lets see now, 151-147=?
