I want to GGG go thru 12 rds of boxing. I want to see him adjust. Go thru adversity before I can crown him as the real deal. He did what he suppose to be when get in the ring. And there is some truth to what Oscar is saying GGG doesnt have anything else to fall back on but his power

I wouldn't call Stevens a live opponent. He was overmatched and everybody should have known that.

He was certainly over-matched, but he was a live dog.

He was probably better than anyone Thurman has beat.

Watch the Ouma fight. GGG wasn't at his best physically, and Ouma managed to keep the fight at a distance that wasn't working for GGG. Yet GGG adjusted and outlasted/outpunched Ouma at the end, stopping Ouma.

oscar is vastly underestimating the boxing skills of GGG. although i do agree with him that Thurman is also a very special fighter.

I dunno Oscar, I'd say Thurman is easier to hit, and doesn't take a punch as well as GGG. Time will tell though. Both fighters are works in progress. I think GGG will consistently prove to be a step above Thurman though.
