I don't see too many fighters calling out the new Maidana trained by Robert Garcia. Especially now that he's got 24 competetives round with master boxer Floyd Mayweather. Even though losing both his confidence is on a danerous high

Maidana is the same ****ing fighter. He's progressed like any other fighter would with more experience, but otherwise he does the same ****, fights the same exact way he has for years. He's still soft to the body, he still slows down as the fight progresses, and he's still a plodder with perhaps a bit more upperbody movement.

Robert Garcia is not a miracle worker, he didn't just up and create something incredible. He hasn't done it for Rios, not for Margarito, he didn't do it for Dulorme, and he didn't just up and do it for Maidana.

Thurman beats Maidana easy...the "new" version or the forgotten one.

Gotta give the man credit for calling out Maidana since nobody else wants to fight him when he could be content with no names like Danny Garcia, you can tell Thurman is pissed he can't get any of the top guys in with him saturday.

He has to take Floyd clones Broner and Berto through a fight but he has to do it in a flat footed, non impressive fashion.

Could Thurman be using the same analogy as Floyd but in a lower term?
Floyd likes to pick 'champions' of his division but preferably people who haven't been performing too impressively, Maidana was tailored to him but he had a hellish time with him perhaps because he underrated him.

Either way I reckon Thurman would get KOed by Maidana.

Hell of a fight, now that Marcos is properly settled at welterweight. If Keith beats any top 10 ww, he's already guaranteed a shot. For now, Tim Bradley is the one who should fight Floyd next. But we all know that won't happen.
