Instant FOTY 2015 they better book this for the Cotto-Canelo Undercard! That'd be siiiiick! Worth every penny on PPV. Don't think either are Haymon fighters, could be wrong since he owns 95% it seems haha

Gotta give the man credit for calling out Maidana since nobody else wants to fight him when he could be content with no names like Danny Garcia, you can tell Thurman is pissed he can't get any of the top guys in with him saturday.

So those 24 competitive rounds only say something about Maidana? They don't say anything about the fact Mayweather is not that great, has lost to Castillo, and is not going out of his way to make a Pacquiao fight?

Let's face it.. Mayweather isn't that great, and fought a guy who was outboxed 12-0 to Alexander...

Mayweather IS that great. He avoids getting hit with meaningful shots and wins rounds. What fighter out there can actually land shots on Floyd? I can't think of anyone today. Does he have the power to truly hurt Maidana? Hell no, but it doesn't matter.

I'd love to see Thurman against Mayweather, especially if he beat Maidana first. Because once again we'd see how damn good Floyd is.

Go check the compubox numbers..Maidana landed 220 shots on Mayweather while Mayweather landed 230... and Maidana was throwing bombs while Mayweather was throwing pitty pat shots...

Thurman isn't a threat to Floyd. I need someone who can actually land on Floyd and that's Pacquiao... Pacquiao has the hand speed to threaten Floyd... he's Zab Judah X100000000

The bombs sure didn't hurt Floyd though. Why? Because they didn't land clean. Yes, Maidana landed a few shots which his fans have rammed into gifs posted on this site, but most of them just didn't hit the mark. Regardless of what compubox numbers say. Punches LOOK like they're landing till you watch closely or in slow motion replay. Then you see they ain't doing ****.

Pacquaio has the best chance among today's fighters, but still not much. I don't think you can be smaller in frame than Floyd and have much of a chance. And Pacquaio doesn't have serious one punch power.

Pac's strength is in landing lots of blows that add up. The damage accumulates. It's fabulous. But he won't be able to land enough of Floyd.

Tommy Hearns at WW would have a great chance to beat Floyd. So would a few other historical fighters like SRR and SRL. But a little dude isn't going to do much. See the Marquez/Floyd fight. Floyd made a seriously amazing, great fighter look like absolute crap.

I need to see more from Thurman before I jump to the bandwagon.

He needs to fight legit contenders before running his mouth about Mayweathers etc. (points to Thurman for calling out these guys!!!)

But obviously you don't **** out the opposition that he has ****** out without being a good fighter. He seems to have it all, but im not super impressed yet. I need to see him against legit guys, like khan, Brook, Maidana or Alexander.

But Bundu really is a good opponent. he is not as bad as Americans make him to be occasionally. He has couple of good victories against ultratalented guys (Gavin). Bundu will test One Time I believe. Good night for boxing coming up!
