If a friend called you in a fragile state regarding his relationship, would you tell him he was weak? or suggest he completely turns his life upside down and walk out because it doesn't affect you? of course not.

A bad situation all round, but someone is not ******ed for having an opinion.
    Listen.

That guy was a hardcore rapper..probably a real hood cat. I doubt he called Floyd in "a fragile state" crying and sobbing on the phone. He more than likely was pissed the fck off! Mad as hell!

That how us real G's talk.

Floyd isn't to blame. Not a red cent. You can't put another man's actions on Mayweather because you think he used a poor choice of words.

If Floyd were egging him on

      "Go shoot the whore"

"If it were me I'd kill her"

      etc. you'd have a case.

      But he said

      "don't be weak"

And "begged him not to do it".

Any argument trying to accuse Floyd of something criminal, based on what we know, is laughable at best.
I do see your distinction, but I do think that the article that this post was based on does at least imply some degree of MORAL fault to Mayweather. And regardless of what you or I think, it looks like the narrative on this story is already shifting towards this interpretation. Like here:

Like I said at the time of the post. "Based on what we know"

As more comes out, I'm sure some opinions will change.

Telling someone to "dump your wife" is not "getting them riled up to the point of gunning her down".

He didn't tell him to kill her. Period.

And TMZ is a joke. They twist stories and make up false headlines on a daily basis.

If I thought Mayweather were guilty of something, I'd blame him. In this case, he's simply not. It's ignorant to suggest that he is.
you are a fricking fool if you will eat up this garbage. these mayweather sources are lying to protect their hero and it couldn't be more obvious.

I occasionally visit the Philippines for work, and I love telling them that Mayweather would wipe the floor with Pacquiao.

I feel the need to take some responsibility for this because I've been vocal in this thread for some reason, but again, I don't believe anyone here said Mayweather should go to jail for being an accessory for murder. I and others were simply reading the article that this thread was based on.

Maybe he would have stopped him from doing that if he said he would fight Pacquiao.

In what way shape or form is Floyd at fault for Hayes taking a firearm and killing his spouse and then turning the gun on himself? Give your head a shake man. Let the criminal investigation proceed, Floyd is going to be the first person they want to talk to at the LAPD.
