Nope. Crime of passion falls under not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. Temporary insanity is COMMONLY used in conjunction with crimes of passions. COMMONLY. Stop embarrassing yourself. I am an attorney by trade.

I'm not a Mayweather fan at all but your statement screams idiot all over it.

Killed himself... Then what ? Where's the accountability ?

We get it. You don't like the guy as a person or as a athlete but to find some relief, humor or even take pride in the fact the something this horrible happened and mayweather was somehow connected to it is ****ing sad.
im sorry, but if floyd ever killed himself over some IG comments then I would laugh my ass off. this guy puts his life on the line every time he enters the ring and hes going to let some random anonymous comments end his life he worked hard for? just stop it. what is he some 11 year old kid that can't handle cyber bullying? what happened to the "he has more money than you" logic that his fans love to use? now people are worried hes going to kill himself over internet trolls? lol

And I can't believe some people are defending this ****head who killed the girl smh. Bunch of losers man who probably do the same if they got their hearts broken. watch out ladies...

Ok so we agree... It's the same as saying Floyd's friend killed himself because Mayweather hurt his feelings... Or that Floyd was his last hope and what Floyd said lead him to killing himself and his girl. Truth is the guy obviously had problems and was a piece of **** for what he did. But if the logic on NSB is that you shouldn't treat people a certain way when they are feeling down ... Because they might harm themselves or others. Then shouldn't the same thinking be applied to Floyd? Someone who just (allegedly) witnessed a murder and is probably shaken up by it using NSB logic in Floyd's state blaming him for the death of his friend might cause him to harm himself or someone also... Then who do we blame? PACBOY?

It's much more than sad. It's one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen on this site. Maybe the most pathetic.

I'm embarrassed I used to be a Pact@rd reading this crap.

i havent followed this thread but are people saying Floyd played a role in his friend commiting those actions? Thats ridiculous and I have to think its just people trying to troll Mayweather fans. Just don't enertain them

If you are asking people to feel sorry for Floyd, you won't get it. Most people won't feel sorry for somebody so arrogant.

                    • It's weird how people are more sad for floyd than the people that actually died.
