Yea but he, Canelo, and Miguel all know that Mexico, Puerto Rico, and latin american countries as a whole will tune in to them. I even think the fans as a whole would rather see this fight then Mayweather vs Khan or Brook.

This sounds like a plan from HBO, DLH, Arum, to pressure mayweather to fight pacman or try to get rid of floyd. GOOD PLAN. Roach, cotto, and pacman work together. Roach and manny can pressure cotto to go for canelo to mess floyd plans.

He's not threatening anyone, he's a promoter acquiring the most marketable date for his star fighter. That's what he's supposed to do.
