If Floyd isn't fighting Manny I hope Canelo gets the May 2nd date, it's only right. It doesn't matter that Floyd beat Canelo, what matters is that Alvarez vs Cotto is a bigger and better fight than whoever Floyd decides to fight that's not named Manny Pacquiao. I'm not a Pacquiao fan by any means but at this point it's obvious Floyd is ducking. Forget about Bob Arum and Top Rank, forget about the drug testing, the money split and the he said she said garbage over the last 6 or 7 years there is no bigger money fight than Mayweather/Pacquiao and all of the "obstacles" have been, or can be overcome at the drop of a dime if Mr. "Money" Mayweather said so. If Floyd wanted it he'd have it YESTERDAY and he'd have it his way, no problems, but he doesn't want it. Instead they're going to say that Amir is more credible/deserving than Manny because of the knockout loss to JMM, well guess what? Manny is STILL 100 times more credible than Khan will ever be at this point of their careers. The Manny and Marquez fights were wars, 50/50 toss up fights, no shame in getting knocked out because those fights were amazing. Khan got wiped out quickly by guys he was suppose to handle easily, he did do a better job on Maidana, but that's another story. Showtime's already trying to hype up Khan for the showdown, and it's disappointing to say the least.

Floyd has two battles. One he doesnt want to fight Pacquiao and he is heavily being pressured from all sides(Bill Clinton) and the other is this fight date that he badly wants.
