just a quick point- If you are suggesting they are making less-you'd first have to calculate the cost difference. Floyd also fought 1 time those years, now he is fighting twice.

1.6 x $75=$120 mil
1.4 x $55=$77 mil
1.5 x $60=$90 mil

$120 mil in a year aint bad-and that's not counting any of the theatre tickets or bars/restaurants.

Fighting more doesn't mean anything except Showtime is losing money twice as fast.

Also, I think Arum absolutely wants this fight. If he can make Floyd/Pac he not only gets a piece of that but Canelo/Cotto as well. Arum is just as greedy as Floyd, he wants to make it happen.

What does Net Worth have to do with Power? Someone can be worth lots more and not have the power, position and connections as someone with much less. I wasn't implying ANYTHING! If his guarantee is $30m, his opponent's is $2m, and the PPV revenue alone is $60m (not counting all the other streams), there is no way they need 1m PPV sales to break even. It's a fantasy that some idiot journalist made up. The only thing we can say for sure is that it's highly doubtful Floyd clears another $30-40m on the back end. I always thought that was a crock of ****. But to say Showtime is losing money? Nonsense.
