I said POSSIBLY worth as much, because the site says FMJ is worth 295 and Moonvez is worth 300mil. Now if the site is wrong or isn't privy to all of their assets or income, then it could be wrong. So, that is why I said "POSSIBLY worth as much or more". It already says he is worth 5 million less, so the less is already covered. I wasn't insinuating anything by it, just correcting the fact that Moonvez isn't a Billinaire. If you don't understand now, I'm not sure how to explain it any other way so that you'll will.

Those are big, big amounts of people watching TV not some 5:00 sitcom rating. These are very inflated numbers too that could easily reach 7 figures for a series of commercials being ran as opposed to maybe just one on the Super Bowl. Again though, this was never the topic and you just spin it to some ****** discussion.
Why wouldn't the Showtime person sign off on that? Was Floyd getting 1 million buys before he left Showtime? Yes. He had Oscar, Mosley, Hatton, Marquez and Cotto all do 1 million buys or more, all of them. Why do you think he was money mayweather, he went in there saying I can guarantee you 1 million buys a fight. And you know what, he was right because he had been doing it, what he didn't forsee though was Floyd not fighting draws. He had been doing it, again look at the record.
So once again, looking at it factually it makes all the sense Showtime budgeted in for a 1 million floor for each fight and would expect the same trend. They weren't sold oppponents they were sold PPV and as Floyd being the drawing power and these various opponents (except for Oscar) moved a couple hundred more or less. Guys like Guereero and Maidana are a long way from the Oscar, Cotto and Mosley days of 2.4, 1.5 and 1.4 million buys. (I'm sure Floyd left out Canelo was on almost all those undercards before him)
1.6 x $75=$120 mil
1.4 x $55=$77 mil
1.5 x $60=$90 mil
$120 mil in a year aint bad-and that's not counting any of the theatre tickets or bars/restaurants.

1 more time. The only thing I was doing was correcting the fact that he is not a billionaire and I said as a comparison, that Floyd is worth possibly worth as much or more....that's all!!!

It's everything after that becomes a crapshoot. You have a fight that generates $15m at the gate and $60m in PPV sales. You've got sponsors and BoxTV or what have you paying to get in on the action. And you're paying the opponent $2m plus a PPV upside that he probably will never see. They don't need to hit anything to break even because everything after the front end is adjusted on an as-needed basis.

The race of the fighters affects the draw and location that's all I was bringing up. You are seriously in here defending Bob Arum about a temporary stadium that was never built 3 years ago. I basically said you have to be kidding and then you call me racist... because I said black. Fl*mo and Pact*rd levels of dumb right there, where is Fantasic when you need him?a temp stadium that was to be built if the fight happened. But to think a stadium is completely imaginary, even though outdoor stadiums HAVE BEEN done before

As far as his next two fights are concerned, CBS/Showtime is his employer. I don't see them as equal partners. Arum is going right to the top to get the ball rolling on this fight. At some point (provided he and Bob reach a preliminary agreement), Moonves will approach Mayweather and pitch terms of the fight, which of course he can agree to or not.
