Most mexicans are also smart boxing fans and they even realize that Cotto has a better shot against Floyd than Canelo does against GGG.
ill rather watch canelo-ggg or cotto-canelo than canelo-floyd2... hell even canelo-pac will be bigger...
you make floyd-cotto2 and you dont get floyd-pac and cotto-canelo... same goes if you make floyd-canelo2...

Two ppvs does seem even bumber but does not seem out of bounds for some if the silly things we've seen as of late a la sho contract with may at 32 mil a fight. I too however don't think it will happen

I saw another of ur posts about no one wanting to see may v cotto 2. You should google that. Quit a few articles talking about that fight over the years since their first. I certainly want to see it. However. I certainly want to see pac v may 2015 would be an uber year is may fights cotto in may and pac in sept or vise versa. Perfect way to end contract and shut everyone about being scared. Hope springs eternal.

im not against a cotto rematch. im against it as oppsosed too a pacquiao fight. there is no way real boxing fans want cotto over pacquiao. only fanboys do. I get where you coming from though

pac did nothing at 130-135-140--147- or 154. besides a bunch of catchweight fights he is nothing special. 20 years from now people will still recognize cotto as the only legitmate 4 weight world champ from puerto rico.

floyd doesn't need to fight a guy scared of needles, he needs to take that 160 title and add to his legacy.
Wow, Cotto better than Pac? The fight I watched in 2009 had Pac beating the shyt out of and stopping Cotto. Maybe there is another Cotto and Pac you are referring to? enlighten us.

If you think the Cotto that fought Pac is the same guy now, you need some Roger Mayweather advice. They are the same person technically, but they are nowhere near the same fighters. I mean seriously you need to take 13 pounds of muscle off of Cotto just to get him at the weight. Add the fact that he had no trainer and he was still reeling mentally from the Marg loss, totally different fighter it's not even comparable.

Floyd-Pac isn't going to happen, Floyd is scared.
Pac-Canelo isn't going to happen because Canelo is way, way too big.

So they only fight we might not get is Cotto/Canelo and that's fine with me. Canelo is young and will be around for a long time but the guy hasn't done **** in boxing, he has nothing to offer Cotto. He has no belt, he does nothing for his legacy at this point and just brings in money.

Beating Mayweather brings in way more legacy than Canelo EVER will, Floyd has a title Cotto could go after (his title) and at worst Cotto will make the same money as he would fighting Canelo. The only person who NEEDS this fight is Canelo, so please just stop begging for it. If it happens, it happens but it just means you'll see Canelo lose again I'm not sure why you guys are so anxious to see it. Did you just ignore what Floyd did to Canelo? And Trout? And Lara?

1 fight at 140- washed up ricky hatton

                and 9 fights above 147

                1. hoya washed up
                2. mosley washed up
                3. marquez twice 1-1
                4. bradley twice 1-1
                5. cotto
                6. clottey
                7. margarito- washed up fake title on the line
                8. rios - seriously
                9. algeri - seriosuly

cotto has fought far superior oppostion over his last 12 fights copmpared to pacquiao.

cotto is the recognized champ at 160 what is pac right now.. and with jesse vargas and terrence crawford coming up next for pac the gap get's wider in cottos favor.

                cotto resume

                1.malignaggi-decent win
                2.quintana-win against a decent fighter
                3.jennings-who?
4.gomez-the guy from the show the contender
5.margarito-got he ass whooped. won the rematch after pacquiao damn near blinded margarito first.
6.mayorga-his prime was 2003. cotto fought him in 2011
                7.foreman-who?
8.judah-win, but Judah came into the fight 1-2 in his last 3 fights. including a loss to baldomir.
                9.floyd-loss
                10.mosley-good win

so canelo has the chance to beat the best version of cotto?

boxing fans need this fight, stop being a fanboy...if there is ever a chance to pressure floyd into a pac fight is now, take away the date and his ego... is now or never... if floyd fails to compete vs cotto-canelo in ppv for the may date, he will fight pac in september mark my words... and by the way there is no way cotto beats floyd even if they fight 10 times...other than the cotto fans the rest of the boxing fans know this...

your nothing but a **** riding fanboy ass Cotto lover. Obviously A Floyd win will do wonders for ANYBODYS career. But you act like a Canelo win will do nothing for Cotto. Stop comparing the two. Beating a young strong lion on the brink of superstardom will look damn good on the resume and will be a hit financially, belt or no belt, he already has a belt from beating a handicap anywa. You think Canelo is your average B-side fighter? a Margarito? a Mosley? If Cotto wins, it would be his best win period. Cottotards like yourself are just scared of Canelo/GGG.
