I just rewatched Clottey vs Cotto and rescored it.

That's exactly what he's doing. His original scorecard was six rounds a piece, which is fine, but then he does something no one in the world would do. He doesn't score a clear decisive round that includes a knockdown 10-8. And then, to make matters even more laughable, he scores the seventh round, in which no knockdown took place, 10-8. It's honestly the most ******ed thing I've ever seen on here. Now he's rescored and come up with a wider score, unfuvkinreal.

The fight at worst is 6 rounds each with one round beng 10 8 for cotto. That's the margin of victory.

I would take Clottey in a rematch no sweat, even with a Roach-trained Cotto.

10-8= The round was won because of a knockdown and the fighter did enough in the round to possibly win it.

9-9= The round was dominated by a particular fighter and the round that the fighter was dominating in was the round he got knocked down in

When I first saw the fight, It was clear as daylight that Clottey had won and the correct score was 114-113 Clottey, No other score. However that was with sound. I just watched the fight without sound and the huge difference was that first round. When I watched it for the first time I scored round 1 10-8 for Cotto because of the KD, but when I watched it on silence, There was a total difference. Clottey was dominating the first round and he did get knocked down. I scored it 9-9 when watching it on silent. Round 7 on silent I scored 10-8 for Clottey because Cotto did as much in that round as Donaire did against Rigondeaux in round 12. Watching fights on silent makes it so the crowd does not influence the scorecard. My new score is 114-112 Clottey.

I saw the fight once, live, I had Clottey winning. It's why Roach/Pac fought him. He was really 1-2 in his last 3 fights going in to the Pac fight. With the Margarito beating and the Clottey gift, he looked very vulnerable and there for the taking. To add some cushion, they made the fight at 145lb just to have Cotto train hard for those two extra pounds.

I don't like Cotto because he didn't do post fight interviews after losing to Black fighters and he did after he lost to Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito.
