Well, I think the aspect of Ali's generosity comes out in multiple forms. For example, the referee who ref'd Ali-Cooper had had his £1000 purse lost, which was a lot in those days, Ali found out and paid him straight away from his own pocket. There was the UK fan who had spent his time writing letters to Ali, then Ali personally called him and invited him to stay at his house for a week.
He often would stop in the car if he saw a poor man on the street and go out and give him money. He always went to the ******s so he could speak to people and cheer them up. And he had a massive entourage who he paid everything for.
He kept an open camp, meaning all members of the public were always allowed at deer lake - I don't remember who said it in a book, but someone tried to put a rope up to lock the entrance, Ali asked who did it and told him never to put it up again.
There was the time Norton had a horrible accident, Ali was the first person there. Or the time when a guy tried to jump from a window to committ suidice, Ali got him down.
Or the kid who had cancer, who Ali drove 3 hours for in the middle of the preparation to the biggest fight of his life. But couldn't bare going to the funeral because it was too sad. He also helped built a hospital after the Foreman fight.
Or the time he gathered the kids in the neighbourhood to watch old fight films and show them magic tricks etc. Or when he was made a fool of by Jimmy Carter in Africa, because he wanted to go and appease the situation before the '84 Olympics.
The list goes on and on about the great things he did for the human race. He was the type of guy who was just as happy being around the regular folk as being around anyone else. And he made people happy, which is the most important thing.
These are just a mere fractions of the stuff he did for people, many of whom he didn't even know.Comment

Frazier was a grossly out of shape CW boxer. He was not a real HW and he was not athletic most of the time at all and never as athletic as Tyson. Tyson is an elite athlete and a natural HW mesomorph.
Frazier was an extremely physically weak boxer, Tyson was an extremely strong boxer. Comparing the joke of Frazier physically to Evander Holyfield roided to the gills is ridiculous! Tyson could literally throw Frazier around the ring like a rag doll!
Frazier was a glass jaw.
