What? SMW was top 3 if not the very best of all divisions at the time of the s6.

And you are entitled to your opinion even if it's ****** and unfounded.

They have longevity and top wins over the divions best over a long period.

    Geale = Froch.

Look at my reply to irondamhamza about Geale ='ing Froch.

You knew I was just joking.

Get over it. You've made terrible posts about GGG/Kovalev
Well let's assume you're "just joking" again here.

Not at all they're two totally different fighters, many highly regarded prospects do not pass my eye test but its clear from him arguably beating Froch and shutting out Abraham hes a world class fighter to go with his talent.

You can do this with any fighters resume do but then you'll revert back to the not so trustworthy eye-test.

How can you have Bute up there but not Kessler? Kessler only ever lost to ATGs at the weight and has at least 3 solid wins inc one over a guy who knocked Butes head off.

By your logic what even makes Pascal good? He lost to an overrated Froch, lost to a 50yr old blown up middleweight who never beat anyone good at LHW and beat nobody but glass-chinned Dawson so what makes him so good and better than a Kessler and the likes?
Well he beat Abraham afterward and that further validates my point that the division was a bunch of guys who just fought each other.... but when you ask the question "what made them good, individually?" No one knows.

Bute is a better boxer then Kessler. Far more skilled. Kessler is a very basic fighter. Froch beat Bute because Bute's chin is made of glass... and just look at that performance from Froch. Looking exactly like the caveman how I'm saying he fights like.

Now let me ask you this.... who would of gave Ward a better fight? Bute or Kessler/Froch? Kessler or Froch got embarrassed because Kessler is a basic, average fighter, and Froch is a caveman.

What makes Pascal good is that he might fight Kovalev next

Froch is likely a first ballot HOF. Is Geale?

You're the only one who hasn't gave a legit response about what I said about Froch.

No but take away Froch's resume of top fighters who weren't that good (besides a couple) and this is what you have:

His power isn't average and just because he lacks skills doesn't make him an average fighter.

Geale lack skills AND all of those areas were Froch is very good.

                To compare them is ridiculous.

The comparison isn't necessarily their skill-sets. The comparison is that both guys were top fighters in a bad division. Geale made it to the top of the division, yet he was an average fighter. But the fact that he was a top fighter still made him a good win.

Froch made it to the top of the division being an average fighter, and the guys he beat at the top were good wins because they were "top fighters," but as I've said multiple times... many of those guys simply weren't very good. GOOD wins, yes, because they were top fighters in the division.

Take away Froch's resume against not-so-good TOP fighters and what do you have? A tough guy who likes to brawl. (IMO)

What makes Pascal good is that he might fight Kovalev next
Pascal is very explosive, decent speed, good power, iron chin and throws punches in bunches.
Kessler has very good stamina, he has a good educated jab, a mean straight right up top and to the body, granite chin, heart of a lion.
Groves is a young, fast prospect with big power, good counterpuncher.
                    They are dangerous fighters.

Hes more flashy than Kessler but a better boxer? That is very debatable. He is basic but he does those basics very well and it makes him a very difficult fighter to beat. Wladimir Klitschko is basic, basic doesn't mean you're not that good, a lot of the time its better to stick to the basics.
Froch outboxed him in the early part. Bute is not a great boxer hes just jittery.
Probably Bute because of his style but overall as a boxer/fighter he isn't a patch on Froch or Kessler.

                    Knew it.
