Hopkins should have had a pen and pad instead of gloves, so he could take notes of the boxing lesson he was receiving.

      1. Hopkins was getting countered almost every time he threw his jabs and leads.

      2. He felt that every time he got countered.

      3. He knew he couldn't quite do it and was content to survive.

Its no point in discussing what BH should or shouldn't have done. Some predicted BH would win, knowledgable people as well. But I said all along BH wasn't winning this one.
I was thinking and talking about what BH was going to plan to do after losing to Kovalev, is he coming back at 50 or what.?

No knowledgable person voted for Bhop to win.

Calzaghe landed more on hopkins than anyone who'd fought him up until that point. He whooped him in his back yard despite all the acting and bs hop tried to pull. You need to move on champ.

There was nothing he could do. He was getting countered, he couldn't close distance and Kovalevs power caught his attention. He studied Hopkins very well and didn't fall into his traps.

Not saying he was going to win, Kovalev is just too big, too fast, too strong and too smart for Hopkins at this stage, but did Hopkins shoot himself in the foot or what? How do you fight a pressure fighter for 12 rounds and you jab him less than 15 times, this is unbelievable especially when it comes to Hopkins and he is the smartest.
man kOvalev would have beaten him easier if Bhop was more brave

Many people in the public eye who are former boxers or connected to boxing in some way had a feeling BH was going to pull it out of the bag.

Bernard is 49. It really isn't that suprising when say he's almost 50 yrs old.
