Kovalev fought the near perfect fight and a lot of guys like cloud,Shumenov and Pavlik could not or would not do.

I would pick Kovalev to beat Stevenson after this performance but odds are that since Hopkins got a good reception after losing tonight he may get a shot at Stevenson before Kovalev so a Super Fight can be made.

Promoters do like to drag these things out if they think it could build up a bigger
money fight.

Kovalev didn't school Hopkins. He did beat him impressively though. There were rounds where he was struggling to hit Hopkins cleanly. He was able to use skill that none of other B-Hop's opponents had combined with his freakish punching power to neutralize Bernard's game plan.

I think Joe Calzaghe beating Lacy was worse or Vitaly vs Briggs, but if you're talking just about the style of domination where Bhop submitted and stopped throwing punches as he was outclassed in every aspect, then it's hard to find another one that is more one sided.

You still sour about Zaghe doing a number on your boy lol. He faked phantom low blows, went to the wrong corner three times, headbutted, ran, clinched and layed on the ground more than half the fight and you complain about Zaghe winning? Do you like to watch boxing or do you prefer spoiling?

Get your priorities straight and stop rewarding Hopkins's spoiling in that fight.
