Roach has a serious mental problem when it comes to trying to figure a way someone, anyone can beat Floyd. He suppose to know something about boxing, but his memory fails him since he keeps forgetting how quick Floyd adjust and takes away all of his opponents best weapons then close the show on them by making them look like amateur's...

All Khan has to do is go out and beat Devon and he will have his shot. One simple task. Let's see if he can do it. But knowing Khan fans the way I do he could get iced by Devon and Khan fans will still be here claiming Floyd is ducking him.

Freddie speaking the truth here for sure. Khan was way more of an exciting fighter under him. Yeah, he got KO by Danny but hey, **** happens. He was looking for the first two rds. And, IMO, he was robbed in the Peterson fight. Under Hunter, Khan has become a boring clinch machine. Smh That hit and hold style is by far the worst in the sport. Exactly why I think Andre Ward ain't all that. Hitting and holding over and over isn't "master boxing". That **** is wack and boring.

Remember when he used to get criticized for fighting way too aggressive and toe to toe under Roach? and people were calling that he should clinch more???

It would be better if he mixed it up more. That is, clinch when necessary but do not make it the rule!

Khan should have learned how to move his head/body more instead of being a stationary target when he would throw his combos. Also, Khan should have limited his combos when fighting good counter punchers or fighters that had decent power. His combos left Khan wide open for a return blast! You are usually OK when you connect with your combinations but if you miss with one, Khan's chin is in trouble.

Khan outgrew Freddy mainly because Khan already had tremendous offense but had awful defense and needed someone who can improve on that. I still believe he should've gone with Naazim Richardson as that would've been my dream as a fan, but Virgil as displayed in his last fight has turned Khan around quite and seem to be paying dividends.

I agree with Freddie that Khan can beat Floyd.

I don't agree at all that moving backwards is somehow more entertaining than clinching. That's actually a pet peeve of mine.

Fighters who time their clinching like Hopkins & Wlad & now Khan are called boring but fighters like Lara who just jog around the ring while the crowd facepalms are sweet science masters (not that he said the latter).... It's more or less the same thing. If you aren't punching then what's the difference. One is standing their ground that's all.

I actually prefer the Khan who clinched and stood his ground VS Collazo over the one who ran away from Maidana. Too bad Collazo is finished and didn't make it interesting.

It's crazy how many people buy into this idea that Khan can beat Floyd. And then when this fight happens there will be a lot of backtracking. Khan is nowhere near good enough. He's a dumb fighter with an amateurish style and no ability to adjust. That's not changing any time soon.
