Yea he's paying them doubt they'll have any say in it lol. Plus I'm sure the first nbc show will be sick to show them it can get good rating.

He's paying them. I don't think they care about salka vs Garcia. That still got good ratings cause Danny's a name and casuals cant tell the difference between a salka and a top 20 guy

Don't know how upset Espinoza would be if Haymon made fights at NBC involving his prize fighters fighting each other. As everyone knows, Showtime has been paying huge amounts of money on sparring sessions and Salka type fights.

How does Haymon convince his fighter to stay with him instead of going over to HBO and fighting a Pac/Canelo/Cotto on PPV? The money wouldn't seem to be comparable.

That article is confusing...so Haymon is spending 20 million of his own money???

Unless he has oil money to burn this will never work. It doesn't even work on paper.

$20 million for 24 fight dates is cheap, which makes it confusing. If it is that cheap, Donald Trump would have his Apprentice show shown weekly.

Main Events has worked with NBC for a long time, you don't think she might have contacts there?

Main Events (via their lawsuit) sure seemed to know an awful lot about GBP and what was going on there.

So Espinoza only realizes this now that he's the one they're not "loyal" to?

He can't complain now, cuz he wasn't complaining when it was benefitting him.

Cable Networks (Showtime Networks, CBS Sports Network, and Smithsonian Networks)
Cable Networks revenues for the third quarter of 2013 increased 37% to $596 million from $436 million for the same prior-year period. This growth was driven by revenues from the Floyd Mayweather pay-per-view boxing event, higher revenues from the licensing of Showtime original series, primarily Dexter, and higher affiliate revenues, which reflect increases in rates and subscriptions at Showtime Networks and Smithsonian Networks.
