There is actually more money in the Brook fight the reason he wants Floyd or Pac is because the fight with Brook will still be there.

He knows Brook will smash him and he'll not get a shot at the others.

Neither will fight him anyway so he'll stick to fighting pillow-punchers and talk himself up.

Probably because Khan believes the Brook fight will always be there for him. Funny thing is team Brook is laser-focused on Khan, but they want to see Khan beg for the fight so they can dictate the terms of the fight.
