Why isnt Khan aggesivly seeking out Brook?

I understand he wants the shot at Mayweather but after Mayweather burned him last year I wouldnt hold my breath. Now he wants a pacquiao showdown who is on a different network. But why is Brook like the third or forth option. Doesnt he stand to make more money fighting Brook anyways?

because he wants a payday, he knows brook has more support in his country and knows he would be the underdog if the fight was to take place in the UK, and it would most likely be the end of his career cause i dont see him bouncing back from a loss like that.

Brook is injured, he got stabbed in the leg & can't fight any time soon. Khan-Brook ain't happening in December. Khan needs someone better than Algieri so that Mayweather can pick him for May 2015 (assuming Floyd still has that date).

His mindset is that the Brook fight will always be there, whereas there's a very limited time period to being a viable option for the likes of Mayweather and pacquiao. He's not going to take any real risks while his name is floated about with these sort of names, and it's a hell of a lot easier to bounce back from losing to those names than it is Brook.


Either way, Brook sparks Khan.
