Well we all know he should have been in the ring with either Pacquaio or Sergio Martinez in that time. We've clearly had to settle for second tier fights instead.

Alexander was IBF champion. Why would Guererro make sense over him? Neither of them were at all known to the casual fan. The prime reason is that Guerrero is Mexican and Alexander is black. It's not a controversial statement. It's just obvious.

So in five years we have Alexander. That's it. One fighter, five years, which shows he really hasn't had too many options other than Latin fighters.

So the people u named were berto (who woulda got the fight if he beat Ortiz) and Devon which no one wanted
Berto was WBC Champion for quite a while and Mayweather never really showed any interest in fighting him. Not that I care but I didn't care when he fought Vicky Ortiz either. He swooped in like a flash when Ortiz beat Berto cos it was a much easier fight to sell being Hispanic vs Black.

Again, Mayweather says this himself. I'm not saying anything controversial here.

I think the winner of that Berto-Ortiz fight was getting the fight regardless.

Well, seemed that way. He was ringside for it.

No he was interested. In fact, he was uncharacteristically ringside for Berto-Ortiz and fought the winner.

Alexander, Berto, Mosley. There's only so many fighters in a division. Are you trying to deny he targets a certain type of fighter? It's not even questionable.

Let's see, he fought one of them so that cancels him out.

The other one lost twice when he was likely one fight away from Mayweather. Cancels him out.

So one fighter in five years. I agree -- not even questionable.

Mayweather chose Juan Manuel Marquez over Mosley. Why? There's no way that Marquez was a proven bigger draw than Mosley or that he "deserved" the fight more. It was because he was a hispanic fighter and Mosley was black. He said it himself during his interview with Brian Kenny.

Why are you arguing against something that's blatantly obvious? I'm basically saying the sky is blue here and you're arguing against it.
