As far as Mosley, to say he prefers to fight Hispanic fighters because he chose Marquez over Mosley is your opinion. I'm of the opinion that he chose Marquez because it was likely a safer fight. When negotiations with Pacquiao fell through, he fought Mosley.

As far as Berto, Berto fought Ortiz with Floyd ringside -- with Floyd commenting on Berto prior to the fight -- and Ortiz won. Floyd fought Ortiz. To argue that he should've fought Berto is a little silly. To argue that he should've fought Berto before then (when exactly?) is even sillier.

I'd like to know when he should've fought Lamont Peterson. Or Shawn Porter. At this point you're just throwing out every Black fighter around but that's just not enough.

He could have fought Lamont Peterson after he got the win over Khan in D.C. He was supposed to fight Khan so why was Peterson never considered? Tim Bradley knew he wasn't getting Floyd, that's one of the reasons he went to TR. Shawn Porter was never in consideration as IBF Champion.

When could he have fought Berto? Specifically. Not emotional, just want a realistic scenario. Don't get emotional about it.

Peterson beat Khan in at the end of 2011. Floyd's next fight was against Miguel Cotto. I don't think I need to explain why Peterson wasn't in the picture. I don't think it was because he's Black.
