Seems to me Pacquiao only gets bold with calling out Floyd before an upcoming fight, but afterwards it's back to "it's up to my promoter Bob Arum". These people are using Floyd's name to draw buzz to Manny's fight vs Algieri. They can't sell to the public why they should take a guy with 8 KO's seriously, so all they're talking about is Floyd.

Your point is moot considering Floyd called Konzcz and dealt directly with Pacquaio. Did Arum force Floyd to make that laughable $40m offer?

I'm more focusing on the here and now. The idea now seems to be that Arum can't be involved in the fight. Why? Why does Pacquiao have to leave his promoter and sign with Mayweather's company to make it happen?
