Before dlh when was floyd getting 1 million buys?? Lmaol he didnt get them with guererro or came close and waht where maidana 1 numbers????

The bigger fight out there is Canelos vs Cotto pbf cant top that unless he fights Pac thats it.
I dont think anyone is going to do 1mil + ppv buys anymore without fighting another superstar. Most fans are sick paying ppv $ for mismatched undercards and a less than block buster main event. Some fans are trying to send a message to the fighters, match makers, advisors, promoters etc.

Canelo Vs Cotto on Cinco De Mayo would steal Floyd's thunder for me.

Mayweather Vs Pacquiao would be bigger and a fight with Khan in the U.K could pull in 80,000 at the gate but I wouldn't be so sure about U.S pay-per-view buys, particularly taking into account the time difference (unless they where on the same event).

Assuming Mayweather doesn't want his hand forced in this way (and I think that's pretty safe to assume), taking the only opponent that Canelo could do massive numbers with in May would be an excellent strategy for the slippery little m*ther****er!

I doubt he'll do it, but Floyd should challenge GGG next @ 154. You never know with Floyd though. I didn't think he would fight Cotto @ 154, and Canelo @ 152, but he did. I think GGG is the only name that can compete with a Cotto vs. Canelo fight.

It's obvious that Mayweather's star power is dwindling... just look at his PPV numbers and TV ratings...

Why would Mayweather v. Amir Khan make sense for May 5? Mayweather should only fight on May 5 if he has a high profile Latino opponent, preferably Mexican. Mayweather is not even a 1 million PPV fighter anymore unless he fights a big name. Cotto and Pac are with Arum, so that should eliminate either if May stays true to his lame excuses for not fighting Pacquiao. A Canelo rematch would not sell... I don't see May reaching one million PPV buys ever again, and Canelo vs. Cotto on May 5 is a much bigger fight than any May fight unless he gets Pacquiao...

LOL..May wouldn't even fight Pac or Margarito at 47' but he's going to fight Triple G at 54 LOL... You're really a delusional Floyd-worshiper...

I don't know why, but I don't think Cotto vs Canelo will do more 600K.

hahaha it wouldnt do the massive numbers that everyone seems to think. neither have shown they can pull massive numbers without a true a side mega star. and to investors, networks, and venues, thats what matters. hardcore fans seem to think because they believe something will be a certain way, the whole world must see it that way.

                      Holy ****, hahaha!

That is fantastic news, maybe Floyd will be forced into having to make the Pacquiao fight to even compete?
Could you imagine the likelihood of having Canelo vs Cotto and Mayweather vs Pacquiao hard choice but for once I'd like to see Bob Arum and the Pacman screw Floid over and make him wait until late 2015 so he takes a hit on his PPVs.

Seriously who else could Floid fight that is worth it to get attention other than Pacquiao?
                      Danny Garcia?
Amir Khan (Plausible I'll give you that)
