El Chacel is boring and was the reason HBO had the lowest rating boxing in 2013. He should never be allowed to be broadcast on TV airwave for the rest of his life.

He should go back to Cuba and entertain Fidel, I'm sure he'll appreciate that style of "boxing". Let him keep all the belts he want, there is no financial upside in beating him, he only brings his snorefest style to the table.
