You agreed with me Jacobs was slightly better so clearly I'm not totally wrong.

    I didn't know this either.
Where? You talking about when I said he barely fought better comp? I only say that because He fought Lorenzo, who is a veteran who fought names and Ishe Smith, who is also a name

And even if I did, which I don't remember doing, I've actually seen numerous fights of both men, allowing me to actually compare them

When I said I thought Jacobs was better I acknowledged I didn't know all of Koborov's background and a post later I also acknowledged it could be name recognition of Jacobs opponents. I didn't say He was significantly better, I didn't disparage Koborov in any way.

I answered the best way I could, leaving open the possibility of being wrong because I didn't know as much about Koborov. what more could you want?

I am really really getting sick and tired of AL Haymon, he is like that over protective parent that completely shelters a child, then when that child grows up to get into the Real world, they have no idea of how to to make it (see Russell v Lomachenko or Broner v. Maidana). Instead of fighting bums like Gavin Reese, Quillin should have been fighting against Sergio Martinez's previous foes such as Macklin, Barker, etc. He can still turn it around by beating Korobov and Jacobs though. I guess we will find out in less than 3 hours what Al is going to do though.

Even if he does sign, which it looks like he won't, he's going to be getting a lot of blowback for taking so long

Aww.. c'mon Pete. This is probably the biggest payday you're gonna see in your life.

Drop the strap an' you're stuck on undercards for eternity. Go for it Kid, I'm a big fan of EE fighters, but Korobov is quite beatable - ain't saying it's easy, but 50/50 - the sport's never gonna be risk free ffs!

What is it? An hour left? F#ck anyone who's giving you different advice - your chance is now!
