We shouldn't jump the gun, it's Monday evening and GB/Haymon have until Wednesday at 4pm. Them dragging their feet til the last second could be their way of exerting some control/power over the situation. They might still be a little butt hurt over losing the purse bid/control of the fight, especially given Haymon/Jay-Z's past history.
If come Wednesday 4:01pm they don't sign, Quillin might as well join Andre Ward and Julio Chavez Jr. in retirement. He's talked way too much in the past year to give up a belt that he's been so proud of.
