His fights are not exciting because there is far too much holding since he changed his style. No one tunes into his fights for all the stuff you listed. You can like wlad that doesn't mean his fights are worth watching.
You can dislike Wlad but that doesnt mean his fights arent worth watching.

A huge chunk of an entire continent tunes in or travels to watch the Heavyweight Champion. America isnt the powerhouse it used to be, especially for boxing. Its now a global sport, which Vitali, Wlad and numerous others, perhaps even Pacquiao slowly, have showed that you dont need to fight in the US or fight on US TV to strike big.

Floyd is clearly #1 P4P. He fights in a division that has better fighters, and he's fought bigger guys.

It's true , only Germany and Eastern Europe care and people from those countries are not amongst those who frequent nsb the most .

Because most of this forum is American. NSB is not a good reflection on anything, other than hardcore US fan opinion... (If even that)

Damn! This leaves a gap in the remaining boxing schedule.

Boxing is most popular in USA

USA has most events, most ppvs.

So it's the actual accurate reflection.
I don't know where you got "it's not a good reflection on anything"

Half of boxingscene's visitors are from America.

I'm not basing it on my opinion, i'm basing that on his lack of ratings success.

Its always been a global sport-same as soccer. You go to America to prove yourself in Boxing same as you go to europe to prove yourself in Soccer.

I agree boxing is declining in the US, especially at HWT. There are opportunities outside the US, but they are akin, using the analogy above, to MLS. You can make money in MLS, but you wont get the same respect.

So you agree then, NSB is nothing but a reflection of US hardcore opinion?

So then, how is it fitting to use NSB as a reflection of a fighter whoa fanbase are nearly all European, who fights in Europe and makes millions and millions of Euros each time? US opinion on Wlad does not matter at all.

Youll find PPV's are a largely American phenomenon, even in the UK they are very few and far between. So ofc the US will have more PPV. As for events, do you have anything to back your claim? Most fights in Europe and elsewhere go unheralded by a US audience so how can you be sure?

The casual fan that doesn't read articles from the boxing media would not be affected by that bias. they tune in and get bored quick and tune out-like his last few US televised fights.
