I read Loeffler said MSG was busy and that's why they've headed out West, i.e. it's a forced move.

After Geale, I'm struggling to get too excited by Golovkin middleweight match-ups.

I don't see any of the names mentioned doing anything much for his legacy and hardly any of them seem like exciting fights.

Serious question are you on Al's payroll?
King was smart enough to take it as a joke as it was intended. if you can't, that's ok.

His options just seem so limited for this one. I'd freaking love to see GGG-Quillen but that's unlikely. There's maybe 3 fights I'd be ok with but none really all that exciting. Rubio at the very least is 2 good punchers who always go for the knockout, and Rubio is a mandatory for a belt so he's an ok contender. Mora is prob the toughest fight but also likely the most boring. I'm sure Lemieux would be awesome for the round and a half it lasts. Other than that I can't say there are many I'd really want to see. I saw Vanes being mentioned and I know he's been calling GGG out but I can't see how that would be even remotely competitive. I think Vanes gets dominated as long as it lasts which is probably no more than 5 rounds.

I didn't know that. I thought it was a smart move to expand his US fanbase.

GGG is in a very tough situation. I think a lot of fans share your sentiment. That's why I think the froch fight is the move.

He could try the other way-go to 154/157 to try and entice someone to fight but I don't think he should do that to his body unless of course its for a Floyd/many/canelo/cottopayday.

I heard that. The fights they've put on this year have blown showtime out the water.

Only feasible catchweight fight I'd be interested in is Golovkin v Andrade at 157lbs but that's probably a New York fight.

Hearn says he doesn't want Froch fighting Golovkin next because the money isn't right so I doubt that's a goer.

I wouldn't mind seeing Golovkin test the waters at SMW against a contender to see if he can cut it there.

Ok. than its probably best you move on to a younger, wetter twat that you can enjoy.

Rubio or Mora. Maybe Edwin Rodriguez for SMW test.

I forgot about Andrade. That's reasonable.

I know the money would suck. But the win would be significant and he would make it up down the road. Kovavlev did this with cleverly and he got a nice 3 fight HBO deal.

I don't worry about him cutting it there. He is a 160lb fighter who has 3 fights at 168 IMO-Chavez, Ward and Froch, froch to get him in the door, ward for supremacy, chavez for the dough.

Other than that his career is at 160 like Hagler.
