He aint retiring at all. This is him maneuvering to get something he wants in negotiations. He have too much money on the table to call it quits

Froch Degale would be a good fight imo,if only James's fanbase was bigger.

        With Chavez or DeGale?

Fwiw I agree with you, I don't see Froch retiring. I think he'll eventually be beaten into retirement.

Froch vs degale aint happening. If its not chavez hes retiring. Froch fought in front of 80,000 and made like 13 million dollars. He struggled to get motivated for the groves fights.

Like other have said. Froch won't retire yet. You can tell he just loves boxing, lives and breathes it. I think Froch-Chavez will happen. It's a massive fight and one each boxer will be confident of winning.

If it does, i have Froch for the w in a war.

I hope they make this fight. lots of money to be made for both fighters. Arum needs to make it happen.

Chavez Jr. is apparently an utter nightmare to negotiate with. He's incredibly unreliable and generally just an all-around "f*** up," as Arum would say. I would love to see the fight between him and Froch because no matter who emerges with the victory, it would certainly be an entertaining action fight. But I just expect Chavez to be a diva again and somehow screw this up.

DeGale isn't interesting at all. I don't want to see that fight. I'd rather see a third Kessler fight, to be honest.
