Chavez Jr holding out at whatever cost to fight the smaller Cotto I believe.

Anytime a fighter the same size as Chavez Jr steps up to fight him, theres always an obstacle that gets in the way (money, contracts, etcc). Dude has made a career on fighting smaller guys.

No respect for this cherry picking clown.

This is why I love Carl Froch. He's the anti-Brit in every way.

Whereas super **** like Haye, Khan, Brook and DeGale just flap their gums talking ****** **** and never fighting Froch just goes out and does it.

He's fought more world class opponents than every other British boxer combined. He also comes to fight and brings it to his opponent unlike Haye and Khan who claim they're going to knock out their opponent then just run and hold all night.

But best of all are these comments. British posters love to tell everyone how huge their bull**** domestic fights like Haye-Harrison are and here is Carl Froch saying "domestic fights against British Bums bore the **** out of me - **** em".

Froch is an American in his heart, it's a shame he was born in a country with ****ty ass fans that needed Haye and Khan to embarrass themselves before anyone came around to the only respectable boxer in the whole country.

I'd love to see Chavez's overrated ass lose again.

Degale would be a much more difficult opponent for Froch than Chavez jr.

I hope Froch gets the fight he wants and in Vegas. One of the few fighters today that has earned his credentials the hard way.

It's going to be a very sad day when Carl hangs them up.

The best British fighter in many years and one of the absolute best in our history. Great fighter, no nonsense personality, fought the best all over the world and quite simply, he is the man.

I hope he gets his dream fight in Vegas, but if not, it's been an incredible career and a great one to follow.

I can understand him not being able to get motivated for degale. Degale would need to do soemthing really impressive for the fight to really get froch excited imo.

I'd like to see froch go out with a domination of chavez in vegas but if no chavez he should fight GGG and retire after that. That would definitely be big enough imo.

Froch knows that he can't use DeGale in order to somehow repeat the Groves II Wembley hype and purse... Therefore he announced, a while ago, that he would retire after a Chavez Jr fight in Las Vegas. But Jr. simply doesn't want to take such a fight as his last TR assignment...
                    That's all.
