Wow, one hell of a fight. Canelo is the most fearless man in boxing besides GGG and Kovalev. If Canelo wins and Cotto wins his next fight, then I imagine there will be a clash between Cotto and Canelo for Cinco de Mayo in 2015.

Even his managers and the people around him were befuddled as to why he turned down a career paycheck against Canelo in 2012.

The L.A. Kings have games at Staples Center on November 29th, December 6th, 20th, and 27th, so if Canelo's next fight is at Staples Center it would have to be on November 22nd (Canelo's original date for his 3rd fight of the year) or December 13th.

Nothing is scheduled for the Alamodone in San Antonio in November or December.

Looks like a long shot, but I'm hoping Canelo fights in L.A. next. Last time he fought in L.A. was in September 2011 against Alfonso Gomez. 3 years is way too long. I think GBP/Canelo's team could do a much better job at balancing fights in Canelo's biggest markets (California and Texas) and Las Vegas.

He was approached while he was injured from the Molina fight. He said if he was gonna fight injured he wanted to get paid more. But of course GBP tried to make it look like a duck job.
