froch will not "fight anybody." he is ducking golovkin and ward. he has said so himself. i don't blame him. ward whitewashes him worst than the first fight, and golovkin ends his freaking career. golovkin might even end his life. this is boxing. you can die in there.


brits rail the prince for not going to 175, yet froch recieves zero heat for it. he's praised for fighting fringe contenders at best, while ward is crucified for the same tier of fighter.

i agree with most of that, but ward isnt great. i cant say froch is very good either because his skill set isnt the best. froch is a will over skill type fighter. ward has a better boxing brain than froch. however the people that rate ward number 2 p4p are fcuking crazy.

Andre Ward might have great skills, but as soon as he's gone not many will miss him. They'll miss Froch.

No froch does not refuse a rematch, ward will simply not comeover to the UK.

Froch fought him in America, has two belts, has justed generated 22 million. Froch ducks no one, you should know this by now.

Rodriguez is no where near Bute, kessler, or groves, you know this as well.

But most importantly, there in NO other sport that would tolerate this inactivy and keep your number 1 ranking.

From Ronnie Osullivan, to Tiger woods etc, when a sportsman is inactive for what ever reason they drop out the top ten and have to work there way up.

Ward is not clocking up the ranking points to be number 1...

Lets be honest. Rankings mean nothing. Its about the money the fighter generates. Froch would get paid more from HBO if he fought then Ward would. Until Froch rectifies his loss to Ward, Ward will always be touted as better, even though froch has the better resume..

It could be his willingness to fight the #1 guy coming off a defeat to a guy who chose not to fight that guy, or when he went around the world fighting everyone that wanted it.

Maybe you won't miss him, but Froch sold more tickets in his last fight than Ward has in his entire career - which should tell you something about the interest.

Maybe. I don't think it's the foregone conclusion you believe it is. I'd favor Golovkin.
