in that order. people are going to say sam peter which is laughable, sam peter was terrible. arguably the single worst fighter to ever hold any version of a world title in the history of boxing imo.
There are a handful of candidates, such as, Samuel Peter because he was hot at the time and Wlad showed he had the grit to come back from 3 KDs and win, another is Byrd because he was an accomplished fighter, not great or even a legitimate champion but a good second tier heavy.
Povetkin should not be forgotten either, he was not only a great amateur with gold medals in the european, world and olympic games but he held a title, was undefeated and had looked good beating some decent fighters. He was supposed to be Wlad's toughest test in years.
But hands down the best win on Wlad's resume is David Haye, a man with great power and unbelievable speed for a heavyweight, he had also beaten the biggest heavy in history. Haye under performed and gets ridiculed for it (rightfully) but he was/is a terrific fighter who most would pick as a favourite against 90% of heavies in the division at the moment.

This is about the pros and not the amateurs. The answer is easily Byrd and it's not very close.
Haye is more of ambush fighter, while I see Byrd a slightly more skilled fighter.
Prime for prime I would take Byrd, but wouldn't be surprised with Haye by KO..
I think Peter form first Wlad fight would give Haye a real hell. I see Haye gassing out in that one and possibly being stopped in the late rounds.
Povetkin/Haye is 50:50 for me. Again Povetkin is IMO better all rounder, while Haye is obviously a bigger puncher and quicker.

Prime Byrd I'm pretty sure never was knocked down and he fought some huge hitters when they were in their prime...
I'd almost certainly favour Byrd to win that fight by points or by getting a late TKO stoppage.
