The concept is both simple and obvious...

"Economy of style"

You start with the full repetoire of stuff, you keep and refine that which works and begin to discard that which does not, and hence, skills are increased whilst variety actually does not.

The proof is visible on screen, Klitschko LOOKS sharper than Fury who, like his ancient predecessor Ali, LOOKS sloppy.

And the proof is also in the results. Klitschko has fought and defeated the most diverse range of styles of any boxer dominatingly, whilst Fury has so far only managed to outbox much smaller and mediocre opponents.
