I don't know why so many Klitschko fans are getting worked up about a few of us saying that Fury might stand a better chance than some of his recent opponents. So far as I can see, we're all giving pretty valid reasons for our stance. It's the Wlad fans who seem to be going off the rails with the insults and the snide comments more often than not.

I like Wlad and respect him and think he'll probably beat Fury come fight night. But I think Fury possesses enough attributes to make it an interesting fight. That's more than can be said for a lot of Wlad's defences, isn't it?

Vlad should make a statement in this fight and deliver a KO. It would silence all critics.

But then Fury would just have been another bum whom Cunningham and Pajkic knocked down.

Indeed. The best thing for the critics would actually be a back and forth war Wlad barely survives. Ironically.

He's KO'd the vast majority of his opponents and it has never helped. They just get dismissed as sacrificial bums. If Fury gets KOd then suddenly Wilder -- the guy who looked so horrid we pitied him in his last fight -- will become the new uhhh "real threat".

Won't help either way if Wlad KO's Fury or not.

The die hard wlad haters will always do what they do best.

It'll sicken me if Wlad completely destroys Fury and everyone ends up calling Fury a bum.

Nobody is worked up, all you're reading is opinions and the way you're comprehending it is believing you're upsetting fans. Not one Klitschko fan I have come across on this thread who is 'worked up' in fact I gathered quite the opposite, their laughing at guys like you.

I reckon it will be Joshua who is dubbed the next champion in waiting after Wlad dispatches Fury. Most of these guys are Brit fan boys still butt stung Wlad dashed their hopes of seeing Haye 'decapitate the robot' when ultimately Wlad destroyed their prophecies and made them look and sound as the half witted dummies they're sounding like now, they never forgave him and have waited impatiently for Fury to come along. The funniest one is Chisora was considered their great hope until Fury jabbed his face into a bloodied pulp.

Wlad will never take his credit from Brit's and American's whom have spent over a decade waiting for a prospect to emerge who can not only emulate Wlad but equal him. It does not really bother me one iota, I'm just glad the history is being made in my generation so I can witness it first hand, when the grand children ask about the true greats I will be able to recall from having witnessed one of the finest if not the finest firsthand.

Scott-Weiland claims to be an "unbiased" fan, but his anti-British agenda is clear to see.

Why because I don't believe Fury, Joshua, Chisora nor Haye can defeat Wlad ? That ain't nationalism, patriotism or an agenda of any sort, it's just being realistic.

I have many British stars I like, Calzaghe for instance for the way he completely out classed Mikkel, from Lewis right through to guys coming through like Josh Warrington.

You have a clear dislike for British fans, if not British fighters and it's clear to see on this thread and others.

Don't be silly. Just because I'm a Fury fan does not mean I'm anti-Wlad. I happen to think that he's a great champion and a credit to the sport.

Wlad fans are so insecure lol
