You'd lose your soul if a fat pig pushed himself onto you, Steve probably had visions of Ned Beatty from Deliverance, only Burt Reynolds could not come to his rescue.

Fury did what he had to win, I respect that, do I rate the win highly of course not. I understand you do as it is his best career win.

If he was he'd be the GOAT already and wouldn't need a win over relatively untested guys like Fury and Joshua or Wilder to cement it. The very idea those guys are brought up is laughable considering what they have not achieved yet, in fact it's hilarious.

Not all fans are nationalistic doe. I was born in the US and I have been a Fury fan since day 1 and personally think Wilder is a hype job who relies on power and size and lacks skill. If you look at my sig list I like fighters from anywhere for different reasons.

I have them disabled. The nationalistic ones know who they are, and they know I have them sniffed out.

Great, I admire you support your man, I'm looking forward to post fight it'll be great to hear your views should Wlad win and the credit you'll owe to him.

I could see a Fury winning on points if he was coming at around 220-225 staying light on his points like versus Johnson. I wouldn't bank on either winning as I see a bit of a pick em scenario, I suppose Fury may very well win me over in defeat against Klitschko, if he fights a disciplined fight is dropped 2-3 times survives loses but takes a few rounds I'll hold my hand up, do I see him emulating Jennings performance, possibly, but as I have said before I won't consider it a top five win in the slightest.

As I've said before this is a great fight, especially considering guys like Vader, Jab and Laced as well as all the other Klitschko detractors desperate to see him lose through all the years of desperation clinging to certain fighters to beat him, with all the tension and butthurt caused. with them holding Fury in such high esteem and for one reason or another expect Fury to emulate Jennings performance, when Wlad ko's him credit is due, Wlad will have his career defining win and he will finally be accepted as an ATG in their eyes lol.

This right here. After Fury it will be another Brit, you can script this sh/t because it is predictable, not only predictable but cringeworthy. I love how the Brits write off Wilder and champion Fury, and the American's write off Fury and champion Wilder, this stuff is hilarious, the joys of not bring biased towards a certain nationality is a fine trait to have when analysing boxing, the opposite is really detrimental and hence the reason these guys are laughed at and are figures of ridicule. Gotta love nsb.

Mate, i'll tell you the one main reason why it's very likely Wlad wins this fight unless he becomes a shell of himself - Peter Fury himself has said in a recent interview that they aren't training to beat Wlad on points, which would be almost impossibe in Germany anyway. Yet many Fury fan posters here are eager to point out Fury has the stamina, has the better skills, IQ, whatever else they claim - but that isn't what is needed to win this fight. I am sure Peter knows that Fury probably can't take Wlad's power, and knows Tyson WILL get clocked at some point. That's why they are looking at it as a last man standing/someone WILL be knocked out fight.

Only problem is, aside from somehow overpowering Wlad and knocking him out by beating him up on the inside, I don't see Fury having the power to do that any other way.

I DO really see this as a similar fight to the Pulev one, and yes you can say they are very different fighters - but both present Wlad with similar problems in terms of height and length, solid jabs, and perhaps physical strength. Fury is the far better mover to Pulev but movement isn't going to be much help to him if he wants to knock Wlad out. I think it will be a similar fight in terms of Fury causing some trouble early with his unorthodox style and long jabs, but as soon as he comes short and tries to rough Wlad up, that left hook is going to get in a gap and Fury is going to end up on his ass. Similarly to the Pulev fight, I expect him to get up repeatedly till he gets put down once and for all.

Wouldn't be surprised if it's another left hook, as Fury seems susceptible to both looping shots, as shown in USS fight, and big left hands - as in the Abell fight.

Harder nights work for Wlad, and no doubt an exciting fight for the fans, but the end result will likely be the same.

I'm sure these same people who are rooting for Fury are the same folks who said Pulev would win. They're still going at it

Not many gave Pulev a shot, in fact I noticed the gimp detractors stating he'd be knocked out without testing Wlad. All I took from that was they tried to make Pulev look poor so any win was undermined before it unfolded. So when he intact gave Wlad a scare with the shot that shook him when he had to reset they were enjoying every moment as Wlad had been hurt by a 'bum' the same bum Fury, Jennings, Chagaev and Adamek all avoided.

I rate Pulev highly, more so than Fury and I believe with the right backing he can make a statement post Klitschko. He has solid power and has stopped numerous undefeated challengers before.

I know where you're coming from, it is generally a British thing on the forum that they believe all their guys will beat Wlad, you've got guys on here who have said Price and Chisora would have been a challenge for Wlad, I know it's hilarious isn't it.

                  • Wlad is prepared to bury Fury,
too bad so sad, Fury is going to be furry
and his eyesight will be blurry after Wladi sends him down in a hurry
                    the 24th is coming
                    Bye bye Fury

                    • The fury fans seem to think fury is going to beat wlad because hes "aged". Newsflash. Wlad is still in great condidtion for a 40 year old. and still i better shape than the lardass.

hes also more skilled than the lardass, and has more power than him.
