I have no clue whether Broner "wants" to fight Matthysse or not. But after his last two performances, he is in NO position to pick and choose who he wants to fight. His ship is sinking fast. Even his "fans" like myself have grown tired of his act. And the one's who haven't are at least ready for him to **** or get off the pot. Al Haymon didn't get where he is by being ******. He knows very well what AB's current standing is in the sport. And I doubt very seriously that another nickel will be spent trying to bull**** the public simply trying to keep the Broner ship afloat.

How hard is it to make fights when your stable is suppose to be head & shoulders above the rest! Broner, Khan, Thurman, Porter, Mathysse, Garcia, Peterson, etc.! Why sign all these guys if your not going to put them against each other? These fights should be easy to make! Its funny because most of Al Hayman fighters only call out Top Rank fighters! Soon people will see these con-artist for what they really are: Haymon, Schaefer!
Haven't made it through the entire thread. But this is a very solid candidate for ******est post. Let's get this straight. HBO stopped doing business with Haymon and Schaefer because they were trying to feed the public bull**** fights. But jumped in bed head first with Arum. Who is currently trying to sell us on Pacquiao-Algeri. And for the record I don't have near the problem with Pacquiao-Algeri that the majority do.

If this is another "setup on the same card" for a fight that should be happening right now like Garcia and PEDerson, I'm going to be pissed. These aren't superfights. Putting them on the same card isn't going to build them up to one.
I agree to an extent. But I do think putting Lucas and AB on the same card will heighten interest in a fight between them for two reasons. AB is gonna say something ******. Lucas ain't goin'. And there will be some sort of confrontation between the two. When I first heard the rumors of a fight between the two I thought, "AB's gonna get sparked." Which I'm sure 95% of folks thought. There was no real intrigue. And for Broner's haters, there's no real intrigue. At least by basically staging a confrontation, you allow AB to infuriate his haters into REALLY wanting to see him get KTFO and maximize his "last hurrah." And in the event he wins. Which I think is possible if he's at his best. Not because I'm such a big believer in Broner. But because I don't think Matthysse is very good either. But then, Broner is back on top having beaten the jr welterweight boogyman. And the Maidana loss can be chalked up to moving up in weight too fast. And losing to Chino, who gave Floyd a good run, is not really a big deal for a "natural jr welterweight."

Looks like they are going to clash for Garcia's vacated belt if they both win.

He lost a close fight to Garcia, so what.

Molina is ****ing huge and a huge puncher. Hit him with a few shots, and otherwise was dominated and almost killed.

                  He's fine.

Wow, how the mighty have fallen. Couple years ago Molina couldn't stay in the ring with a Tony Demarco, who AB completely dismantled and destroyed. Now, people think he flattens Broner. I don't agree or disagree. Its just sad that this is what this kid, along with those around him have let his career slide to.
