Top Rank CEO Bob Arum will meet with Chris Algieri's co-promoter, Art Pelullo of Banner Promotions, on Thursday in Los Angeles, in hopes of nailing down the details of a Nov. 22 fight between Algieri and Manny Pacquiao.

Such a matchup wasn't on anyone's GPS until Algieri upset Ruslan Provodnikov, despite the fact that his eye resembled the coin slot in a vending machine.

I said IF MANNY LEFT TR, he would have all those options. Blood testing is not a big demand, especially since Manny is for OST...NOW. $40 million is twice more than what Manny gets...NOW. Why not? I actually thought Garcia deserves a little bit more than Maidana (before Herrera fight). Those days, The guy has tremendous run and Im giving him a very good shot to upset Floyd. But we all know Danny's camp never really wants that fight.

We can agree to disagree. I think Maidana deserved the fight more than Danny Garcia and Amir Khan, because neither had done anything in the WW division. Maidana had just taken Broner's WW strap in convincing fashion, so I'm glad he got the opportunity.
