7 to 8ish. His defense is so great he never gets hit with combonations. It's hard to stop top level boxers with one punch.

I would say about a 6, the times he has been hit clean he either freezes up a bit or is hurt.

The only time I've seen him look hurt (Mosley) he still had enough about him to tie up with skill. In his entire career he looked like getting KOed for about a second.

Floyd Mayweather has a granite chin. His father had no power but an awesome chin too, he takes after his father who had a great chin and took a beating against Sugar Ray but never went down and out.

Roger Maweather has a chinese chin, dude chin is made of glass, its even worse than Pacquiao's and that says a lot but roger could crack but man his chin was horrible.

the only thing is Floyd hasn't taken many power flush shots or combos, he has only been hit hard with one punch at a time, no combos, he got rocked though when he was hit, but he never went down, and it was mainly an ear shot.

If he takes a power combo to the chin and doesn't go down or out cold, he has to be up there with Oscar in terms of chins.

Could you please elaborate how you got your info on his chin not being iron?

A lot of people tell me this too, but they say its because his chin hasn't been tested enough to prove its iron.

His defense is so good and he rolls with punches to take the mustard off it.

I think he has a great chin, but now that I think of it I haven't really seen him taken many hard flush shots in succession like many of the ATG chins.

Definitely a good chin. Not iron but very good.

He's taken solid shots from the likes of Corrales, Castillo x2, Chavez, Judah, Hatton, Oscar, Mosley, Cotto, Canelo, Ortiz, Maidana etc and he's only been badly hurt 2 times.
