Could THIS Be the Reason Why Shawn Porter Hasn't Signed the Contract to Fight Brook?

Its been implemented for as long as I can remember. I don't know an exact date, sorry. What's important is that it is implemented and Kell Brook is randomly tested year round just like all British based fighters.
vada was only formed within the past like 3 years if I'm not mistaken.........(did they use another agency?) because if thats the case they've only been implementing this for a year or 2. (now thats good) but that leaves centuries for juicing.

but the point is at this time many people regardless are trying to push for these testings world wide across the board. i don't see the point (when this is a recent push)

but please try to answer my question because maybe it's something that I'm missing out on.

If you think fighters at lower classes don't benefit then I suggest you go watch Mickey Bey before he got caught then watch the fight where he got caught. Big difference. The fact is, if you dont train and you dont use them then you dunno.
In the lower classes the only thing that a boxer will benefit from is his endurance, only the slightest little bit in terms of power because you just do not gain that sort of strength.

My closest friends use steroids, I have never condoned the use of steroids however I always looked out for them and studied the drug before recommending it to any one of them if they wouldn't take my advice in avoiding them.

From Growth Hormone which is most widely used by a ****load of athletes simply because of its ability to be undetectable. It has great effects in making the body appear ripped and physically solid.

The simple fact is unless you have used them yourself which you most likely haven't please don't try and put my opinion down. I did bodybuilding for several years and never once took the drug route, but I trained with people who did, from runners to boxers, to bodybuilders.

Them years of of being involved with such people taught me allot about the use of drugs in any field.

To discredit Mosleys power because of his admitted use of steroids is biased. People are naturally strong and powerful, if Lucas Matthysse started juicing tomorrow people will discredit that his actual ability to stop people was never as good until he started using steroids.

All I said was that Porter doesnt look to "ME" as a juicer thats my opinion, if you read properly I stated I am not saying this because I know it, because I dont.

The use of steroids is far more widespread in boxing than we think, but it would benefit those more in the heavier divisions because of better results from it not just for endurance but strength.

When I said TRAINED I meant boxing, not bodybuilding. If you never boxed and never used steroids then you dunno what it does for a boxer. You said Porter didnt look like a PED user to you but then go and call Mosley (a known PED user) naturally strong. So I had to question your judgement. I dont think you thought that one thru.

it is suspect that porter showed that type of power against malignaggi who's known for his punch resistance, but maybe he just caught him at the tail end of his career when his punch resistance has faded.. could have just been a virtuoso performance but definitely if they refused the brook fight now it looks suspect with the VADA angle..

It's been implemented for longer than that. I believe they may have used WADA before.

What is the point you're trying to make exactly? The point I was making is that British fighters are randomly tested year round and such a system is sadly not employed in the United States. Are you refuting this in any way or just waffling?

Can someone please inform me if America has a system in place that tests their boxers randomly year round?

Maybe I missed it because there seems to be a lot of anger in this thread.
