-Arum wouldnt let Cotto in the ring with him
    -Kostya zu didnt want none.
-DLH and Mosley felt it was too high risk low reward
-Would have fought Marg if Arum gave him the other fighters he asked for as well as the money he was asking.
-Pac and Arum Refused the fight many times.

    I see no probs.

Ali fought Foreman when no one thought he had a chance. Leonard fought Hagler. Duran fought Leonard. The greats make the fights happen. They take the fights against the odds. They want those fights. "Money" doesn't want those fights and it's the wrong posture for legend.

I still think he's the most talented fighter and probably the richest for his strategy. But it's been more about business than legend. His talent, his right to choose his strategy.

Floyd is still way ahead of cotto..

Do you realize that Floyd has been at the championship level since 1998, years before cotto turned pro

                  Come on now.

Floyd may be a cherry-picker of epic proportions, but his achievements and skills are still easily better than Cotto's.

Mayweather is pretty much a better fighter than Cotto in every way.

Amazing how you go from being "cherry picked" to being better than the guy who "cherry picked" you with a couple sub-mediocre wins.

Also take into consideration that Cotto has fought EVERYBODY and during their PRIMES. Mosley, Margarito, Pacquiao, etc; no excuses. And Martinez after he was fully healed and prepared like never before (best training camp of his life as he said he was KOing Cotto in 9 without a doubt), having the best training camp of his career... Even Martinez said "KNEES didn't bother me, nothing was broken. He just destroyed me" pretty much.
Wow..Look at the Golovki taking it to the paint..
