On top of that mayweather also beat angel manfredy, judah, corley, gatti, jesus chavez, carlos Hernandez all of them prime except gatti

    Its not close
When you look at who Floyd has fought and when he fought them, I am amazed he does not get any credit from this board.

I won't even ask how is this even a poll, of course it's NSB, I expect no less.

Hall of famers/future HOF'ers Floyd beat:

      De La Hoya
      Marquez
      Mosley
      Cotto
      Castillo
      Gatti
      Hatton

Canelo*(I think he will do enough to make into the HOF when he's done)

      HOF'ers/future HOF'ers Cotto beat:

      Mosley
      Martinez

Yeah, Cotto definitely got close/surpassed Floyd with his latest win.

          Let's put it this way:

Floyd's resume at lightweight / junior is way better than Cotto's resume at 140.

Cotto's resume at welterweight and beyond is way better than Floyd's resume at 147.

I don't think you guys understand...You can't wait until you see that a
boxer has very little left before wanting to fighting him and that's clearly what Floyd has done..!
Are you really that ***ing ******? Like I said: Floyd would've neva got respect back in the days
with the fighters he has fought and when he has fought them & this era just doesn't see it..

You mean respect like SRL admitting fighting Hagler because he was old, past it, slow? Or how SRL fought Lalonde to make history?

Or maybe how Hagler never moved up from 160, he just stayed there waiting to fight former Lightweights in 40 year old Duran, and former welterweights in SRL and Hearns?

Tell me more about back in the day and how Floyd would be doing something foreign to the "Gold/Silver" eras, please, I would like to know more, Bert Sugar.

Lol how funny your post is...Cotto finally decides to rematch Margarito after getting destroyed by Mosley, had his face injured by Pacquiao, and close to retirement. Martinez will likely retire now. Mayorga? Foreman?

Please. Mayweather's 3 wins at Jr Middleweight are way better than Cotto's 5 wins at 154-160. De La Hoya, Canelo and a win over Cotto himself>Foreman, Mayorga, Margarito, Rodriguez, Martinez.

The fact you don't see how ironic and hypocritical that is is baffling

I'm starting to legitimately hate this site. I can't distinguish the trolls from the idiots and it just leaves me face palming far too much for my pleasure.

I signed up to this site with the belief that it was a good boxing forum with intelligent posters and now I can hardly muster the energy to wade through the crap here to get to the honest boxing opinions.

Cotto clearly, Fraud cherry picked and waited till opponents came out of their prime/stride albeit Cotto last win was a blatant cherry pick, coward move you have to take into account to beat a coward you've got to act like one and this is how Cotto beats Fraud.

Irony. That's clearly what Cotto did with Sergio.
