I stopped doing good mornings. I've come to realize that whether you use perfect form or not, mornings WILL mess your back up sooner or later.

I agree. Those lead to the most injuries, but if you have the form down on deads, it's smooth sailing. Squats, yes, anything can happen at any given time.
Its why Crossfit competitions are so dangerous, your body fails after a few reps of these lifts and your form suffers.

Those core workouts must be done with perfect form and rest between sets to be safe and effective. I hate doing squats, it feels like the blood is rushing to my head so I just sprint on this hill near my house it burns my thighs well and I get so sore the next day my butt, hams, legs are so sore thats how I know it hits everything. I mainly do trap bar deads for safety purposes.

I like doing this though you should try it, it is one of the best workouts I ever did I use 25 pound dumbbells when I do it. I can only last 5 minutes no, I just started doing it recently but man its hell and gets your heart pumping and your arms and shoulders good

The Dragan workout, **** burns bad and helps muscle endurance,

I'm actually looking for an alternative to squats. How many runs do you up the hill? And full intensity right? How many days in a week, or do you just do that to replace leg days?

I'll definitely give that workout in the video a try. I'm trying to go more alternative, instead of keeping to the usual bodybuilding routine.

Mainly though. I like squats because of the bubble butt (no ****) lol. wouldn't i need a weight vest to keep that booty meat on me? Serious question. haha

Right. Especially when you're talking deadlifts and power cleans... You'll snap up your discs in your lower back and never be the same again

I'm a bit confused here? Are you calling me ignorant? Or agreeing with me while calling the guy who said girls can do it are ignorant? lol

Do box squats, I stopped doing ass to grass I hurt my knee doing that.

Put a box down and once your butt touched it shoot up, don't use heavyweight. i do it slow and shoot up fast for extra tension.

i use dumbbells though not a weight vest.

The hill runs I run up fast. I only do a few you can tear yourself if you do not warm up. My ass gets so sore and my legs the next day. I got big gluts now lol.

Walter Payton used to do hill runs often.
