        The hill runs I run up fast. I only do a few you can tear yourself if you do not warm up. My ass gets so sore and my legs the next day. I got big gluts now lol.

        Walter Payton used to do hill runs often.
        ATG actually helps my knees. Different body types I bet. I'm thinking of doing uphill runs instead of squats. I know some of my other lifts will suffer a bit, but oh well.

        I'll give it a try tomorrow actually. I have leg days, so I'll see.

                I mean hes about to get in the ring with Leslie Chow, any of us could KO him. I doubt the crossfit helps that much.

                Now Guererro vs Danny Garcia would be a nice test for this training style.

                      When I do my ab workout, I am actually dripping sweat by the time I'm done which is only like 15 minutes worth of work. It really does get the heart rate up.
