Oh really that's funny because everything I've read up till this point has been how Schaefer was the real boss of GBP. In fact the only people I've read speak out for Oscar are fanboys on this site that don't know **** about ****.

Because Schaefer has the "KNOW HOW" when it comes to putting events together, he is very valuable. It is an Investment worth making if you have a plan to start up your own Promotion in which Haymon would manage and get the fighters and Schaefer does the Promoting please Schaefer is already known in the Boxing World

guess the non compete clause wasn't as useless as some here claim

They don't call Haymon the smartest man in boxing for no reason, he's two steps ahead of everyone else.

You think Schaeffer / Haymon weren't prepared for the ramifications of their actions. They've been planning this for years.

Watch how the pieces of the puzzle come together bit by bit.

The no compete clause was hegotiated when Schaeffer left. STandard in big business, especially sports.

Haymon and schaeffer trying to make a deal in no way is an admission of guilt, its an attempt to shorten the no compete time frame or get rid of it all together.

SMart move by them, smart move by GBP to listen to any offer seeing as how they have few fighters signed to the roster and Oscar's addiction problem will msurely cause fighters teams to think carefully about signing to GBP.

I dont know man. A bigtime lawsuit would stall the ********* for a very long time which would be bad for us fans. It would be better if they could settle it and move along.
