Happens all the time. Fighters leave, get fired, or are part of promoter deals where they switch.

You assume Haymon would'nt talk to them about it first. I doubt it happens like the NBA or NFL.

To assume it goes like that is ridiculous. The people al advises-he will talk to their manager and let them know. ODH surely has a list of fighters and will surely have a representative tell them the deal before hand.
