Watched that video and all I could think of was:

plus Arum swears a lot for an octogenarian.

This is true. But Oscar can't move forward without going for their heads. He has like 2 or 3 marketable fighters under contract right now. Any settlement won't be favorable to him.

He needs to put his celebrity lawyer to work and go after their asses.

You'd think that's the case, but when you look at cases you will see various companies and people pulling of schemes that are so brazen in nature.

People will try what they can get away with. There's a possibility that they hoped Oscar would stay coked up long enough to not recognise they were leaving him with a shell of a company.

Calling a spade a spade, the situation doesn't look right, not right in the unethical sense. You shouldn't be able to manage a company and handle its assets in a way so that when the time comes, for you to start your own company, it is as easy as picking apples from a basket.

If Oscar was in a position of power, he'd be taking this whole thing to court instead of begging for a few of his fighters back in exchange for giving up the only weapon in his arsenal.

That's possible but I don't get that vibe from Haymon and Schaefer.

Even if they get away from Oscar's lawsuit, theres the Kathy Duva lawsuit.

I might be a fan but Im also a realist. The guy is in his 30's already and was held back thanks to the Alexander and Judah robberies.

You're an idiot if you think my comment had something to do with the Garcia loss. Fail attempt at being funny.

I noticed that quite a few guys are mentioning\tweeting the so-called "no-compete clause" -- Has anyone (Media\news etc..) actually verified\confirmed that one actually exists between GBP & Schaeffer??

                  California no-compete clause enforcement
