I like Calzaghe and he may be true but it's unnecessary to comment on this. Let Froch have his moment.
Calzaghe: "I would have destroyed Froch, there is no comparison"

Cal could of beat froch for sure, could of beat Dawson, could of best pavlik and who knows, maybe he beats a prime glen Johnson, Hopkins, Roy jones.
But he never actually did any of that, which is why his career will be forgotten.Comment

hopkins and calzaghe both avoided dawson when he was at the height of his powers. he was a bad style for both, and they were much, much older than he was.Comment

Joe gets both over and under rated. He did some things exceptionally well, his angles particulars were very effective. His tempo and controlled aggression were also fantastic, but he isn't "destroying" any durable top guy because of that slappy punching style, which I admittedly hated. He beat guys by giving them fits with angles and not giving them chances to reset.Comment

i've never liked calzaghe always thought he was overrated,
i thought hopkins beat him,
anyways i think froch would have knocked him out,
look at the timing of this interview lol,
straight after froch's big moment in wembley,
slapzaghe is just another hater...
reality is once froch is retired peeps will be looking back at frochs career thinking this guy fought any and everyone,
they look at calzaghes career thinking he should have done this or that,
always some sort of question mark
then he talks about him being undefeated,
now i can understand if you fight anyone everywhere and your undefeated then thats a big thing,
but this guy made most of his fights in wales........overrated simple asComment

Calzaghe would have embarrassed Froch and probably not lost a round or two doing it.
That said. He should have fought him as he was beginning to make a name for himself when Calzaghe was still active.Comment

Not a chance in hell of this.
The only way that could happen would be a win over Ward or Hopkins and we know that's out of the equation. Froch is nowhere close to eclipsing Joe's resume.
(not saying his resume is not very respectable)Comment
